Why is my estimated arrival date at checkout so far out?
Due to the fact that all our items are made and printed to order, all estimated arrival dates include the max potential processing time as well as exclude blackout dates and weekends from the delivery schedule. This is our maximum estimated delivery date we believe your package will arrive to you by.
If an item is out of stock is means we no longer carry it or we don't have the inventory you're requesting to print on. Sometimes we'll get more in, sometimes we won't. It varies heavily from product to product. If you aren't sure about the item you are looking at, please email us at email@example.com.
We do not support all countries when processing credit card transactions. If your country is not listed in the available countries drop down for credit cards during checkout, please select PayPal instead and continue through checkout.
We ship to over 180 countries annually. Once you have added at least one product to your shopping cart and provided a shipping address, shipping options will be shown.
For shipments outside the U.S., your order may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax), import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. New Wave rebel ships your package DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid), and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Unfortunately, New Wave Rebel is not able to request for your order to be shipped by a specific carrier. Carriers are determined for each order by package weight and product shipping restrictions.
FedEx International Mail (Average Delivery Time: 2-4 Weeks from ship date)
FedEx International Mail does not offer tracking services outside of the USA.
FedEx International Mail packages are limited to 5.25 pounds or less
If your order is being shipped outside of the U.S. and you would like door-to-door tracking with the shipment, Design By Humans highly recommends selecting the FedEx International Priority option.
FedEx International Priority (Average Delivery Time: 2-9 business days from ship date)
FedEx International Priority offers full tracking from the moment we ship it to delivery at your door. If you want to be able to track your package as it travels around the world this is the service to select.
Please Note: Not all services are available for every product type.
Tracking numbers for packages are emailed when the package has been picked up by the courier service selected during checkout. Tracking numbers will not show activity until after the carrier service scans the package at pickup and that data is uploaded to their tracking system. If you did not receive your email containing your tracking number or if you have lost that email you can use the Order Status feature via the link above.

If your package has already been shipped and you made your purchase using your New Wave Rebel account you can also locate your tracking number in the "Orders" section of your Design By Humans account.
If you checked out as a guest, please use the Order Status feature or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order # and we'll get your tracking information to you as soon as we can.
This can happen for a variety of reasons. We suggest waiting a day to ensure the package wasn't pre-marked for delivery. While you're waiting we suggestion the following options:
Check with your friends / neighbours / people you may not like around your house. Make sure no one picked up your package for you or that it wasn't accidentally delivered to another residence around you.
Check with your local postal carrier if your package was delivered via SmartPost or USPS. If it was delivered through FedEx let us know so we can make a call for you.
New Wave Rebel does not recommend using a mail forwarding or Skybox service. We do not disallow it, however, we do not support it. If you ship to a mail forwarding service of any kind, the responsibility of that package is no longer on New Wave Rebel.
These services are often times not reputable and packages shipped to them go "missing" or they claim to never have received them more often than not. Since the package is not being shipped to the recipient, we cannot verify delivery with the intended customer. Due to this, New Wave Rebel will not support reshipping to third party services if the courier services provides a delivery notification.
Please be careful when deciding to use these services.
You can visit our Chart to take a look at all our different blank types and sizes. All tees are measured in flat inches, so if you have a tee you particularly enjoy the fit of you can lay it flat and measure it to compare to our chart. Please note that while we do our best to minimize this, 100% cotton shirts can shrink depending on the method of washing so if you are in between sizes you may want to order up to be safe.
All New Wave Rebel Collective products are custom printed. This means that when you order them, the blanks get sent to the printer and your item is made especially for you. All custom printed products require 3-5 days of processing to allow for the printing and QA process.
If the ink is inconsistently printed on the seams or collar of the t-shirt, this is due to the nature of the design and print technique. THIS IS NOT A DEFECT. However, please do not hesitate to send an email to email@example.com with pictures of your product's areas in question for further assistance.
Our men's and women's non-heather colors (black, white, charcoal, etc) are a 100% premium ringspun cotton tee. These are a light to medium weight.
Our men's and women's heather colored tees (charcoal heather, athletic heather, etc) are a premium 60/40 cotton/polyester blend. These are a light to medium weight. Please note that these may fit a little bit differently than our regular colored tees.
The smell is just a vinegar-based solution that has to be sprayed on the clothing prior to printing to help cure the ink. It does wash out in one to two washes. Alternatively, you're welcome to throw them in the dryer (inside out, low cycle or air cycle) with a dryer sheet for a little bit and that should help remove a bit of the smell.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include a picture of the wrong or defective item. This will allow us to verify the mistake and take care of it right away. Please let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund. We do not require you to return the tee if it is in fact defective.
Any package which fails to deliver or is refused will be sent back to us via the same postal service used to deliver it. Returns however, come back at a much slower pace since they are not considered a priority over delivering outbound packages. This can often times mean a delayed return before we can begin to process your package.
Once the package has arrived back one of two things will happen.
Packages that have been refused will be refunded if possible minus the original shipping charge and minus the return shipping fee if there is one. If the order contains non-refundable items then you will be contacted to to discern the reason why you refused it. We can re-ship the package, but at the expense of the customer. Non-refundable items will not be refunded even if the package is refused. Your package will remain in our warehouse until reshipped.
Packages that fail to deliver due to bad addresses, incorrect spelling etc will have their recipients contacted to correct the address issue and the package will be reshipped to you. If you notice a "Return to Shipper" exception in your package tracking information, please contact us so we can get your information updated as quickly as possible to make your reshipping turn around time as fast as possible.

Returns for shipped merchandise will be for the cost of the merchandise only, shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund will be sent back to the original form of payment for qualifying merchandise only. All merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition received within:
30 days of purchase for US orders
45 days of purchase for US orders during Holiday sales
60 days of purchase for all international orders
New Wave Rebel Collective or Digitally Printed (Printed Just For You) items can be returned for Store Credit only. Full refunds for New Wave Rebel Collective or Digitally Printed goods will only be provided under the following circumstances:
Damaged goods from shipping
If you believe your item falls under one of the above reasons please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item. If your return/exchange does fall under one of these reasons New Wave Rebel will reimburse your shipping costs when your item is received and processed. Please allow up to five (5) business days to process any qualifying return/exchange. Packages shipped back to us without tracking that fail to arrive are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges must be made for like apparel of equal or lesser value. If the requested item for exchange is out of stock, the customer will be contacted via email. However, if there is no response within three (3) business days, the exchange will be processed as a return.
If you purchase new items to replace a return ahead of time, please provide your Order Number for validation.
We do not accept worn or washed merchandise. Any merchandise suspected of being previously worn and/or washed will be returned to the customer at their expense.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless New Wave Rebel was at fault for any reason. If the fault was ours, your shipping expense will be refunded to you. New Wave Rebel will only reimburse standard shipping expenses. Expedited or Express services will not be reimbursed.
All sale items are final and are ineligible for return or exchange.
This can happen for several reasons. Please make sure all fields are entered correctly. Please also make sure your billing address exactly matches the one your bank has on file. If your card is still being declined, please contact your credit card company or bank. Unfortunately when this occurs, for privacy reasons we are provided very little information regarding the reason for the denial.
